Kristina Mainella is a 2001 graduate of The Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine at Tufts University. Since graduating from veterinary school, Kristina has worked both as an associate and a relief veterinarian in a variety of practices, focusing mostly on small animal medicine. She has also worked for Idexx Laboratories as a diagnostic support veterinarian providing consultations to other veterinarians across the country and in Canada. Originally from Connecticut, Kristina has lived in Maine for the past 18 years. She has two children, Louis and Vincent, both of whom attend Camden Hills Regional High School. Kristina lives in Camden with her two boys, her partner, Michael, two dogs and one Russian Redfoot tortoise named Poohbear.
